• It is recommended to discontinue the use of Aspirin, Motrin, Gingko Biloba, Garlic, Flax Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, or any other essential fatty acids at least 3 days to 1 week before and after treatment to minimize bruising or bleeding. • Be sure to have a good meal, including food and drink before your procedure. This will decrease the chances of lightheadedness during your treatment.
• You must wait at least 2 weeks to have Neurotoxin treatments performed if you previously had cosmetic treatments with laser, ultrasound, peels, facials, or micro-dermabrasion

• Do NOT receive facials, laser treatments, or microdermabrasion for at least 10 days

• Wash your face a few hours after treatment with the cleanser provided in the post-care kit. Gently massage your face with warm water to remove all serum and dried blood.

• Avoid alcohol-based toners for 10-14 days as well as excessive sun exposure for 10 days
• Do not take any anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen, Motrin, or Advil for 1 week
• No swimming, exercising or strenuous activity for the first 24 hours post-treatment. Gym environments and sweating may cause infection and/or adverse reactions.

• You will notice skin dryness and flaking. This is due to an increased turnover of skin cells. Do not pick, scratch or scrub at treated skin! Allow old skin to flake off naturally.
